Payments for Confedisma House services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on confedisma.sbs.

• Confedisma House wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via desk@this site.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from desk@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Denmark norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact desk@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Aarhus unless otherwise stated.

We keep payment paced so candle finishing quality stays steady with candle tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Receipts are available on request.
